Since opening his restaurant in 1992, Tim Faul has succeeded in bringing a little of the rich heritage of the Cajuns in south Louisiana to north Alabama. Not only in the taste of authentic Cajun cooking but a little old fashioned Cajun tradition and fun as well.

The authentic taste of Cajun cooking is evident in dishes that feature our own smoked meats. Sausage, tasso and chicken, are processed in our own state inspected meat room and smoked to perfection in our own smokehouse located in the back of the restaurant. And yes, we do make our own boudin. The crawfish etouffee' is simply the best!
